What Kind Of Properties Can Be Submitted?
If your deal is off-market, the seller is motivated, and you believe they are ready to sign send them over! We have the ability to handle Novations, Off Market Wholesale, and can even purchase the properties.
We also prefer to work properties that are near major cities that have a population of over 150k+ but we wont say no to a smoking hot discounted rural property.
Whats the Process?
To ensure everything goes smoothly:
Please do not mention anything about novations or a partner to the seller.
After the property is submitted to the form, someone from our team will reach out to you to within 24 hours to confirm the information. From that call we will determine best course of action - If you should call the seller to schedule an offer call for our sales team or if we should have our follow up team jump in.
Rest assured, we will NEVER contact the seller directly without discussing it with you first.
After the our offer call with the seller we will provide an update on the next steps.
How Much Will You Be Paid?
From the closing proceeds, we first deduct any applicable expenses, including photos, lead manager (if applicable), acquisitions, dispositions commissions, transaction coordination (we use a flat fee tc), etc. Once the team is paid the remaining amount is then split 50/50.
